What's the difference between the Report and the Pro Intelligence Package?
The Report ($29) is our thinking, finished: eight decisions, every source, every caveat, ready to read and act on. The Pro Package ($99) is our toolkit, handed to you: the raw data tables as CSV/Excel, the full source matrix with retrieval dates, the saturation and margin models, and priority access to the Q4 edition. The Report is the output. Pro is the engine that produces it — so you can build your own analysis on the same foundation.
Is this a subscription?
No. Both are one-time purchases. You pay once, you own the files. No recurring charges, no account required. The Q4 priority access in Pro means you're first in line when the next edition publishes — but you're never auto-charged.
The data is labeled 'preliminary' and 'revisable.' Why buy it now?
Because your decisions aren't waiting for the state's final numbers. The lease you sign this quarter, the license tier you pick, the margin call you make on flower — those happen now, with the best data available now. The state publishes final figures in months. By then the decisions are made. This report tells you what to do in the meantime, and every figure is labeled so you know exactly how firm the ground is.
Who is Maine Dispensary Guide Research?
We're a research team that does one thing: go to the primary sources — OCP dashboards, MRS tax filings, federal regulatory records — and translate them into decisions for people operating in Maine cannabis. We don't aggregate other people's summaries. We show you the source for every figure so you can check our work. That's the whole credential: you can verify everything.
Can I share the report?
The Report is licensed CC BY 4.0 — share it freely with attribution to Maine Dispensary Guide. The Pro data tables and models are licensed for internal use by your organization.
